West Jakarta Sub-dept. of Maritime, Husbandry and Food Tenacity (KPKP) will hold routine poultry checking. The effort run every Friday is aimed to anticipate Avian Influenza or bird flu spread.

“We have not found poultry with Avian Influenza virus. We’ll coordinate with urban village to monitor poultry at settlement,” she said, Monday (3/21).
Cilandak Sub-district Anticipates Bird FluRenova added that her side will directly burn the poultry with Avian Influenza virus. She appealed the residents to directly report if they found the symptom.
“Please do not directly interact with dead poultry,” she closed.
